Informations

Here are some important informations to register and attend the summer school. This page will be updated on an on-going basis.

 

Poster

All participants are required to present a poster. Format is A0, portrait orientation.

 

Timeline

Pre-registration will open beginning of January 2026, and close on March 15th 2026.

Notice of acceptance and formal registration will take place from March 31st 2026.  

 

Application

To apply please fill the pre-registration form.  All applications will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

Preselected applicants will be informed of the decision of the organizing comittee by email.

 

Fees & Funding

PhD students : 900 euros/participant.

Permanent researchers from public and private institutions : 1 000 euros/participant.

The registration fees cover lunch and coffee breaks, bus from Ajaccio to the IESC (round trip), lodging at the institute/hotel (from 07/06 to 20/06; outside this time you should arrange your  accomodation privately), excursion, welcome cocktail and one gala dinner. Evening meals and breakfasts are not included. All hotel reservations are managed by the organizing committee.

Indicate on the pre-registration form if your employer (paying your salary) is the CNRS, as fees will be waived in this case (supported by "formation permanente")

Transportation

Transportation (to Ajaccio, and to Cargèse if outside of the bus schedule organized by the school) will be paid and organized by the participant.
